Austin, Texas based Texas Department of Public Safety has placed a teenager from the San Antonio area on their list of most wanted fugitives, and there is a sizable reward available for information leading to his capture. Texas Crime Stoppers is funded by Governor Abbott's Public Safety Office, and they guarantee cash rewards for anyone who leads authorities to the capture of someone on the Texas’ 10 Most Wanted Fugitives, Sex Offenders or Criminal Illegal Immigrants.

Harris has been sought by law enforcement since late February when it is believed he was involved in a capital murder by terror threat and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
