Temple, Texas will be hosting the newest country music festival in Central Texas this year. September 12-13 will be the first Tanglefoot Music & BBQ Festival.

It’s recommended that you get your tickets as soon as possible because the price will increase as we near the date of the festival. If you have kids that are under 5 years old, they will be able to go to the festival with you for free!

Over 20 Artists to Play Country & Americana!

There will be over 20 musicians playing country and Americana music on two outdoor stages. Festivalgoers will be treated to a fantastic lineup of musicians with an emphasis on artists from the great state of Texas. 

⭐ Parker McCollum Headlines Inaugural Tanglefoot Fest!

Headlining the festival in its first year is Parker McCollum. Parker is one of the new leaders of Texas country music, and he has a new album releasing on June 27th. Tanglefoot festival will be one of the first opportunities that fans will be able to see McCollum perform songs from the new album live.

Cody Jinks Co-Headlining Temple Music Festival!

Cody Jinks will be co-headlining the festival. Jinks was awarded MusicRow’s Independent Artist of the Year in 2023, and he is currently touring to support his album Change the Game that he released in March of 2024. 

Mark Chestnutt Joins Tanglefoot Lineup!

Country music legend and Texas native, Mark Chestnutt will be performing at the festival as well. Chestnutt is 61 years old and still giving fans amazing concert experiences with his hit songs including “Goin��� Through the Big D” and “Bubba Shot the Jukebox”.

BBQ Styles from Across the USA at Tanglefoot!

Fans in attendance will also get an opportunity to experience BBQ styles from across the country in addition to all the country music they’ll hear at the festival. The most popular pitmasters from across the country specialize in Carolina, Kansas City, Memphis, and Texas style cuisines.
