This lead can get into your water, and the levels it is leaking into the water can be extremely harmful to infants and children.

According to the CDC, lead exposure in children can lead to:

  • Damage to the brain and nervous system
  • Slowed growth and development
  • Learning and behavior problems
  • Hearing and speech problems

Lead wasn't the only contaminant detected in these faucets.

What Do I Do if I Purchased One of These Faucets?

Those who purchased these items are asked to stop using the products. It is recommended that, until these faucets can be removed and replaced, allow the water to run for at least 15 seconds before using.
