Walmart Run Turns Into $1 Million Payday for Lucky Texan
And we have yet another new millionaire here in the Lone Star State. The Texas Lottery has been handing millions of dollars out like lollipops here lately – and I’m loving it. At some point, I’ll give in to the temptation and pony up for a scratch-off (even though I know I’ll most likely just be throwing my money away, because I never win anything when I do).

I have to admit that I love the fact that they bought it at Walmart. I can just imagine them picking up a quart of motor oil, a case of beer, a pack of socks, some spareribs, and a scratch-off all in one trip. Say what you want, but that’s why I love Walmart.
First of Four Top Prizes Already Claimed
While it’s great news for the winner, the best news is that it was the first of four top prizes of $1 million to be claimed. If you’re willing to throw down a $20 bill for a scratch-off, you just might be the next millionaire.
