Spirit Christmas Announces Stores in 15 States—and Texas Isn’t One of Them

Over the past few months, the discussion over Spirit Halloween stores has come up a few times, especially considering that Nacogdoches is the only location that we have in Deep East Texas. However, what lots of people may not realize is that Spirit Halloween also operates Spirit Christmas, and it's on a season basis as well. Before you get too excited, if you're wanting to check out one of these stores, you're going to have to travel a bit...

No Spirit Christmas Stores Planned for Texas

According to the Spirit Christmas store locator on their website, there are supposed to be Spirit Christmas stores in 15 states - and Texas isn't included in those states. They will have locations in Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.

This is quite different from the Spirit Halloween stores, which show to have locations in all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Now, I suppose that some people could be holding out hope for one of the stores to be opening up in our area, on the off chance that maybe they just haven't announced it yet, and will announce it closer to Christmas, like they did with the announcement of Nacogdoches' Spirit Halloween. I guess that could be a thing, but considering that they have all of the state locations listed out already, and that we haven't had a Sprit Christmas store before, I wouldn't hold your breath.
