Bringing a child into Texas at this time in history has parents worried about so many things. Everything is more expensive, including everything you will need for your little one.

The one thing that should be an easy slam dunk on the day of your child's birth should be their name. Everyone needs one, and we now have an updated list for 2024 from BabyCenter.

You can use this list in many ways. It can be a great resource to pick the perfect name, or it can be the list to avoid if you want your child to stand out from the crowd.

Top Names From 2023 Are Still Topping The List

If you read a baby name list from 2023 then you might experience a little Deja Vu when reading the new one from 2024. Olivia and Noah are still at the top of the list as the number one boy and girl names.

Most of the top 10 kept their places, but a few interesting additions exist. For girls, Ellie is now at number 9, which bumped Evelyn down to number 11.

Asher on the boy's side makes it back into the top 10 at number 9 after a brief hiatus, and Luca has gone to number 12. The top seven boys' names are all the same from 2023.
