I love cars, but I have never been to a Cars and Coffee event. They started in California in the early 2000s and now there will be one in Lufkin.

Many annual car shows are centered around businesses and events, but this one is a little more ambitious. This isn't your typical parking lot takeover with fireworks, burnouts, and loud music.

This is a more civilized affair from High Octane Photography and Standpipe Coffee House. They will host them on the 3rd Saturday of every month, with the first for 2025 falling on February 15th.

Early Morning Cars & Coffee In Downtown Lufkin

From 8 AM - 10 AM, all vehicles and the public are welcome to attend. Standpipe Coffee House is at 123 South First Street In Lufkin, Texas 75901.

Parking for the vehicles will be provided on East Shepherd Ave in the bank parking lot across the street. It will be a fairly low-key event, and the street will not be shut down according to High Octane Photography.

There is no need to register for this event and no fee to participate. Do not be scammed and send anyone money for these Cars and Coffee events.

Cars & Coffee Go Hand In Hand In Lufkin

If you have a car that you are especially proud of, shine it up and head down to Standpipe. There are no classes or awards yet, so everyone is there to talk about their mutual love of all things automotive and have a hot cup of coffee.
