Now technically Post Malone was not born here in Texas. Until he was nine-years-old he actually lived in Syracuse, New York. His dad actually got a concession manger position with the Dallas Cowboys which lead to the Post family moving to Grapevine. His dad actually gave a tour of the house a few years ago to the Grapevine Edit.

Back in 2019, Richard Post was selling the Grapevine home at 1226 Eaton Lane. Well whoever bought the property off of him has decided to put it back on the market, according to the Grapevine Edit. The last time the property was sold it was by the Meyer Real Estate Group. However, their website currently has the property as 'Not for Sale'

The house features three bedrooms, two full baths, hardwood floors, but the highlight is an in ground pool. Meyer had the appraisal from 2024 set at $466,804. The folks at the Grapevine Edit are reporting the house will hit the market at $550,000. We will wait and see once it officially goes live today.
