He will be a senior this year, so Brown still has another chapter to write. But his first three years in the purple and white have been remarkable.

During his tenure, Lufkin has not lost a district game, en route to three district championships. Under the development of Head Coach J.T. McManus, Brown has become one of the premier players in the state.
College Recruitment Timeline
Austin Brown has received a lot of interest from college programs in Texas. In addition to Texas A&M and SMU, other Lone Star State schools that offered Brown include Rice, UT-San Antonio, Sam Houston State, Stephen F. Austin State, Texas Tech, and TCU.
According to 247 Sports, Brown made an official visit to the University of Maryland in College Park on June 23. Just a week later, he made his commitment to the Terrapins.
The Pack is poised to have another great run for Austin Brown's senior season, and then we can't wait to watch him excel at the next level.
